The worst company I have dealt with in years
If you want lousy products and customer service reps from India that call incessantly, cant do anything, and speak poor English, then this is the company for you. Their products are made in China crap, they claim free shipping within 5- days, and the CSRs speak poor English and can not really help.
BTW: my first order arrived in 7- days vs. the 5 promised. I was gone. The product was returned.
They lost it and have charged me several times for it. Want help? Forget it! Want people to call you incessantly?
They will. Want e-mails everyday?
This may be the company for you. I will pull out all their wiring & cameras and install something else that might work (because their BU cameras suck!

I purchased the wireless backup system for my RV and installed it according to the instructions. When I hooked up the monitor it didn't display anything on the screen and the red light indicated that it was on.
I called Tadibrothers and after 20 minutes waiting on line a tech answered my call. I explained everything how I installed the system and he said it was correct. What he did tell me was that if there is power to the monitor then I should see something other than a black screen. He determined that the monitor was defective so they sent me a new one.
When I got it I hooked it up and powered it on it was also a blank screen and the red indicator light was on showing it had power. Come on!
2 monitors defective!
I'm going to request a full refund for this junk. I strongly do not recommend this back up system from Tadibrothers!
Tadi Brothers - Mirrors and OnStar mounting
I love using my on star, I use it every day because it’s the best thing since the invention of the car. That said my car did not come with a backup camera and I don’t want to put a monitor on my dash, the only thing that would work was the mirror and the on star makes it hard to find something that would let me keep using my on star, after doing a lot of research I discovered that TadiBrothers has a mirror that was compatible. This turned out to be true and I am very happy that I got to keep the use of my on star.Overall the product is solid and communications with TadiBrothers very consistent and reliable.James C Kelly

CTS back up system FAIL
Bought the CTS 08-13 back up cam /module. Had Tadi Bros refer a installer in my area. In a nutshell the referred installer couldn't get it to work and my car consoles in pieces. Tried calling a technical at Tad and no answer. I called sales to which they referred me to Dominics number,again no answer. Tadi systems are flawed and will request a REFUND !
I should of just went to NAV TV and avoided this nightmare. Its allttle more expensive but you get what you pay for, RIGHT ?
Tadi Bros not recommended in the least ,only if you like getting ripped off.... Robert B

Let the company propose a solution
Great backwards compatibility
I purchased a used RV and that had wiring for an older Weldex backup system there, the people at TadiBrothers asked me to email them a picture of the wiring to see if they had it.
Within 20 minutes I got a phone call and I was able order a new system that would work with my 2005 wiring. I didn’t believe anyone would have it but amazingly TadiBrothers did.

The 170 degree was a great solution for a long problem
I purchased a system Not from Tadibrothers) to view my hitch and the lanes behind me but the 130 degree system was not doing the job, I tried different camera but at the end I just bought the 170 RV camera from Tadibrothers and everything was solved, the other company I was dealing with wanted me to get multiple camera just so I can see part of the lanes behind me but that just didn’t make sense. I am glad I went with my gut and called up the Tadibrothers.

Backup alarm with power
I have a big SUV and when I backup I wanted something to alert those behind me. I already had a sensor that made a noise for me in the car but I wanted to also alert the people outside.
I installed the speaker under my bumper and connected it to my rearview light this way I never have to do anything. Whenever I go in reverse the speaker turns on and make the sound for people to hear.

Perfect for our fleet of tow trucks
Over a 4 month process my company made we test mobile DVRs systems from 5 different brands, most of them were good but not great and it came down to 2 brand, Tadibrothers and another company. I ended up going with Tadibrothers because they got back to me the quickest and solved any issues I had the fastest and my boss liked them because they were flexible on the price.
We have outfitted their 4 camera mobile DVR on 14 or our tow trucks and by the end of the year I expect we will do all 40 trucks. 2 weeks ago we had 1 defective DVR and Tadibrothers overnighted it to me with a return label.
Their service is impeccable and I strongly recommend you give them a call and talk with them. Their product are as good as they say

Internet scams using stolen credit card number
tadibrothers would not give out name and address info of the person that tried to purchase from them with my stolen credit card number.
It seems they have something to win/lose (make your choice) in such
transactions. They would not cooperate with trying to fight back the bad guys. FBI and credit card companies should investigate into this matter. I called them up from overseas and was told by Tamir that it was a fraudulent transaction. they did not reply to my email request.
The consumer should be aware of such misconduct by businesses,
especially when it has to do with purchases over the Internet. Thank you.

Needed this for my garbage truck
We needed this for our disposal truck. Camera works great and its even more sturdy housing construction than their regular ones. Also has the ccd high definition camera picture which displays really well in the monitor.

Very disapointed in the quality for the very high price.
I thought every thing about the systems was of very substandard quality for the price point of the system. Very poor installation directions.
After calibrating. The video quality was poor that I couldn't use the bird view.
I need to use the four camera view. Do not waste your money on this system.

This operation is dishonest at best, possibly even a scam. They gave me incorrect sizing information on their reverse sensors, which led to me purchasing a new (non-returnable) bumper that I now cannot use.
The scam part came in the return process. I returned the merchandise per their instructions, but they would not issue a refund. They stated they didn't receive it, despite me supplying them the tracking number clearly proving that it did. So, not only am I out $500+ for the bumper I can't use, I'm also out the approximate $150 for their merchandise that I returned.
A very expensive lesson for me. I would recommend staying far away from this company.

It was bad enough what received was cheap Chinese garbage that did not even work but then I had to pay for return shipping on defective merchandise and then there is the threat of a restocking fee to boot .. just boxed it up for return and we will see how it plays out in the end but just get the slimy used car salesman vibe from this group.
Bunch of crooks as far as I am concerned. Find a better company that sells better gear and does not try to take advantage of you.

Buyer BEWARE!
Purchased back up camera. Installed it.
Worked day 1. RV never moved. Left for trip 2nd day-camera not working.
Called company, snotty receptionist. Said she would have someone return call.
2 days later, called again-same snotty receptionist.
Called daily. Finally someone to help. Sent photos of screen. Then they requested more photos.
Rep says to return the camera AT OUR COST!
WAS $50 TO RETURN SHIP THE CAMERA!
AND THEN THEY WOULD SEND US A NEW ONE BUT CHARGE US AN ADDITIONAL $15 TO SEND IT TO US!
CONSEQUENTLY COSTING US $65 MORE TO RETURN A DEFECTIVE CAMERA!
ALL WITHIN THEIR RETURN WINDOW!
NEVER RECEIVED NEW CAMERA. ONLY RECEIVED $499 REFUND ON CREDIT CARD.
SO, AGAIN OUT $65 AFTER DEALING WITH HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Pathetic customer service and warranty
My recommendation is to stay away from TadiBrothers for anything that deals with RV camera systems. I purchased a backup camera system for my fifth wheel camper and could not put it in within 30 days limit.
However, I had faith that it would work, and it didn't. I actually purchased the additional "No Hassle Warranty" (what a joke).
The system did not work correctly. It cost me $35 with UPS to send it to their technical department so they could evaluate.
I would not only recommend reading their return policy carefully, but I would say it's just a safer choice to stay away from them completely.

Same Camera Broke Twice
After having my exterior read camera serviced for not working it was sent in and replaced.. Approximately one month later it stopped working again.
Having to wait till I got home from vacation to call I was told too bad warranty is over, buy a replacement or a new system at $600 bucks. Sucks!
